A star is for the lake view only. Extremely rude family managing the hotel, i travelled a lot and that was the worst experience ever. When we complained about the services and changing the room without no reason their big boss literally fired us and said “go out of my house” 😂 Don’t be fooled by the beautiful view. There are a lot of great options nearby.

DON'T BOOK BEFORE YOU READ THIS! after the receptionist saw us leave to walk, they came to our apartment (the owner and her husband and the receptionist) my sister was in the bathroom they knocked on the door twice when they make sure no one was there they brock in, not knowing my sister was inside, What were they intending to do??? My sister was scared and wasn't covered just (imagine) how she was feeling She immediately tried to shut the door and they bushed her against the door!!!!, The rest of us were outside we came immediately hearing the owner screaming from outside!!! that was the first time we see her!! she didn't understand what happened from us! she started to yelling and shouting at us and literally said "get out from my house this is my house this is my country this is Austria get out" and sterted to mocking us and laugh! this's really sad it's 2023 and still racism took a place in this world, they did all of that knowing there's no cameras in the corridoor, is this the kind of people you want to trust your stuff, even your self with ?? now as you can see their response in my other review they legally try to play a doll roll 😅 we didn't do anything other than we request a reasonable reason why we were scam? ive traveled a lot and that's was the most scared and traumatised situation i've ever been..!!!!

NO EFFECTIVE EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN! Fire alarm rang 1st night after 12 am. All guests went downstairs and no staff was around (they leave at a certain time). I called the emergency number twice found at reception desk by hotel but no one answers. We don’t know if there’s a fire or what to do. One of the guests called fire department after 20-30 mins and ask them to come because alarm was on. They came and check the hotel and alarm went off. Still NO staff or manager came. Fire officer told us it was safe to go back to bed. Next morning, I went to reception to complain for no effective emergency response plan and requested to see the manager. A male receptionist told me the manager is busy and when I started complaining his female collegue started shutting me down and (saying : have a nice day) just ignoring my complain. No one called me back since or apologized during our stay as if nothing happened. The hotel even requested the lady who called fire department to pay its fees because there were no fire or real emergency 😡 Imagine if there was a fire. Not a safe place to stay! - no air conditioner - lots of spiders and webs in the room.

Amazing hotel, 10 out of 10! Stayed here with my boyfriend. And it was just incredible. An unreal view from the room, culinary delights, a modern beautiful sauna. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. We will definitely recommend this hotel to all our friends and hope to return here in the summer. Thank you Bellevue team❤️
